  • Washer does not work right most of the time



    My LG washer worked fine when I first purchased it in 2013. About a year ago I started having trouble . LG sent out a repair man. He said the washer look okay and he would order us a new door since the it was broke. He never took the washer apart . The new door we had to put on. It does not seal, it will not close tight. It does not look like the old door, the order form said it is a replace for it. So the old door with the broken catch that keeps it closed when not in use had to be put back on. The washer now jerks when the water fills , it will not spin in rinse cycle. I have to... More...
